Aluzinc Coil G550

The composition of this coating makes stainless steel an amazing six times more resistant to corrosion than standard galvanised metal.

Description

Zinc-aluminum alloy galvanized steel is steel sheets in coil coated with 2 layers of alloy (55% aluminum, 43.5% zinc, 1.5% Silic), using continuous hot-dip technology through NOF furnace temperature to control mechanical properties which are suitable for different applications. The composition of this coating makes stainless steel an amazing six times more resistant to corrosion than standard galvanised metal

How it's made

For galvanized/Galvalume coils, the thin steel plate is immersed in the molten zinc bath to make the surface of the zinc thin steel plate adhered. It is mainly produced by continuous galvanizing process, that is, the coiled steel sheet is continuously immersed in a galvanizing tank with molten zinc to make galvanized steel sheet; alloyed galvanized steel sheet. This kind of steel plate is also manufactured by hot dipping method, but immediately after leaving the tank, it is heated to about 500-600°C to form an alloy film of zinc and iron. This galvanized coil has good paint adhesion and weldability

Advantages

  1. Strong corrosion resistance, which is 3-6 times that of pure galvanized surface
  2. Perfect processing performance: fully meet the requirement of roll processing, stamping, bending etc
  3. Perfect light reflectivity: the ability of reflecting light and heat twice of galvanizing
  4. Perfect heat resistance: galvalume products can be used at 315 degree Celsius for a long time without discoloration.
  5. Excellent adhesion between the paint: easy to paint and can be painted without pretreatment and weathering.
  6. Excellent waterproof, it is seamless, making 100%waterproof.
